Germany’s annual rate of inflation accelerated again in September, beating forecasts and posting the highest reading since December 1951. CPI rose 10.0% in September compared with the same month a year ago, up from 7.9% in August. Energy prices rose 43.9% in September year-on-year and Food prices also increased above average, posting a 18.7% on-year increase. Final results will be released on October 13
